第一次装mangos，要装下面五个,注意要5个文件一次解压

简易安装指南，更多得大家可以去mangos看看，问问abbat，此人是高手非中国人
1. Install MS VC++ 2003
2. File -> Open -> Project -> MaNGOS_sources_dir\win\mangosdVC71.sln
3. Build -> Build Solution
4. Create Dir 'MaNGOS'
5. Create in 'MaNGOS' dir this dirs:
data
dbc
maps

6. Copy to 'MaNGOS' dir this files:

From 'MaNGOS_sources_dir\bin\debug\'
libeay32.dll
libmySQL.dll
mangosd.exe
realmd.exe
MaNGOSScript.dll

From 'MaNGOS_sources_dir\contrib\map_extractor\'
ad.exe

From 'MaNGOS_sources_dir\src\mangosd\'
mangosd.conf

7. Copy to 'MaNGOS\data' dir this files:
Dir_Where_is_your_wow_client_installed\Data\patch-2.MPQ
Dir_Where_is_your_wow_client_installed\Data\patch.MPQ
Dir_Where_is_your_wow_client_installed\Data\terrain.MPQ
Dir_Where_is_your_wow_client_installed\Data\dbc.MPQ

8. Run ad.exe
Wait when process is finished.

9. Install WinMPQ (or MyW4craftStudio)

10.
a) Extract all *.DBC files from DBFilesClient dir in DBC.MPQ into 'MaNGOS\dbc' dir
b) Extract all *.DBC files from DBFilesClient dir in PATCH.MPQ into 'MaNGOS\dbc' dir with overwriting
c) Extract all *.DBC files from DBFilesClient dir in PATCH-2.MPQ into 'MaNGOS\dbc' dir with overwriting

11.
a) Install MySQL 4.1 server ( www.mysql.com )
b) Configure the server by running MySQL Server Instance Config Wizard (found in your startmenu)
c) Follow the instructions.

12. Install Navicat trial (or any another program for MySQL server management).
Navicat homepage: www.navicat.com

13. Create a 'mangos' database
a) When using navicat, rightclick on the created database and press Manage Users.
b) Press and expand the root@localhost user
c) Select 'mangos' and press the 'set priv' button
d) Then press the 'Grand all' button
e) Press the 'Flush priv' button to save, now your ready here


14.
a) Now Select you database rightclick and press 'Execute Batch File'
b) Select mangos.sql, commands.sql, playercreateinfoData.sql, realms.sql from 'MaNGOS_sources_dir\sql'

15.
a) Edit 'address' cell in 'realms' table.
b) 'address' to 'localhost' if your running the database and the server on the same PC

16. Edit mangosd.conf
Find line:
DatabaseInfo = "127.0.0.1;mangos;mangos;mangos"
Fill in your data:
DatabaseInfo = "mysql_server_ip_address;mysql_login;mysql_password;mangos"

Find
Host = localhost
Write server's ip-address or dns-name:
Host = 12.129.217.201
or
Host = dns.name.goes.here


17. Run mangosd.exe, realmd.exe

关于某些人士对于任务瘫痪的评论，问题在于：他的scripting DLL没有装
原文： 7. Quests don't work. Reason: Requires scripting DLL. Not importanta yet.

下面是一些问题的解决方案：
1. Speaking to NPCs don't work. Reason: Requires a script DLL file which is illegal content and should be provided by another team. See: TTDev project.

2. Spells mostly do not work. Reason: Not yet implemented correctly.

3. Too little number of creatures out there. Reason: Spawning not correctly implemented.

4. Creatures have incorrect health/mana/damage. Reason: DB issue. Don't expect updates till a playable version on MaNGOS arrives.

5. Player initial info is incorrect. Reason: DB issue. Doesn't any have anything related to server.

6. Player initial items missing. Reason: Server issue. Not important yet.

7. Quests don't work. Reason: Requires scripting DLL. Not importanta yet.


现在我写一下快速安装心得：
1。运行install安装文件
2.用户管理
3。把SQL数据库放入MYSQL
4.运行SQL查询
5。realm 和防火墙管理
6。释放DBCs数据库文件
7。释放MAPS地图文件
8。mangosed.conf配置一下
9。隐藏/显示 mangosed窗口
10。安装troubleshooter
11.开始/停止 mangosed 和realmd

我建议大家换MYSQL5.0.18, 新版数据裤文件就是1169，

安装MYSQL
确保你的机子有客户端
解开Utils\mangosinstaller.3.2.zip 运行 MangosInstaller.exe

装好后要下SDB才能使用 这个版本的SQL好像不全

用IE上 https://svn.mangosproject.org/svn/MaNGOS/trunk/ 就可以看到最新的版本 现在是1169
